Oral Health

Editorial, Review and Corrections Policy

The Oral Health library explains information clearly and helps patients discuss informed questions and choices with their clinician. It provides general education, not an individual diagnosis or a replacement for assessment.

Scope

Guides explain general knowledge, benefits, limitations, alternatives and appropriate warning signs. Service pages describe information confirmed by the center about its services and team. Citing an independent source does not imply its partnership or endorsement. We do not invent testimonials, success rates, prices or clinician information.

Sources

We use reputable health and professional references, including Oral Health Foundation, NHS and specialist organizations, and record the specific information page in the editorial record. We display source titles, organizations and known dates; direct URLs remain in the review record without taking readers to another website. Differences in guidance are assessed in context by the medical reviewer. Overseas funding rules, service numbers and treatment pathways are not automatically applied in Qatar.

Editing and review

Content moves from draft to source and editorial checks, medical review, readiness for publication, publication and periodic review. Automated writing or translation tools may assist draft preparation but do not replace editorial checks or qualified medical review. Medical drafts are not published until the current version is approved.

Writers and medical reviewers are named only when their involvement is established. Approval may be attributed to the center’s Medical Administration without naming an individual clinician, as documented in the actual approval record. Publication dates reflect actual publication; review dates reflect real reviews. Saving a page or making an automated change does not establish a new medical review.

Updates

Review is prioritized according to the topic and changes in evidence or center services. WordPress retains revisions. Medical changes need review before publication. A guide may be withdrawn temporarily if a concern affects accuracy or safe interpretation.

Requesting a correction

Email info@zaindentalcenter.com with the guide URL, the information requiring correction and your reason, using the subject “Oral Health content feedback”. Do not include identity documents or medical records. The team assesses the concern and supporting sources and records substantial corrections, their reasons and actual review dates when made. Correction requests are not an urgent-care or appointment-confirmation channel.

Privacy and editorial independence

Patient records are not needed to write guides. Library search does not ask for names or medical details, and search terms should not be sent to advertising tools. Relevant service and appointment links offer a next step for assessment. A click does not establish a received request or confirmed appointment.
